Ashley Graham rocks a daring bondage-inspired gown as she and fellow models Chanel Iman and Lily Aldridge glam up the Vanity Fair Oscars bash

Ashley Graham rocks a daring bondage-inspired gown as she and fellow models Chanel Iman and Lily Aldridge glam up the Vanity Fair Oscars bash

As if the glam quota was not high enough - then the supermodels arrived.
Catwalk queens Ashley Graham, Chanel Iman and Lily Aldridge stormed the red carpet in an array super sexy ensembles at Sunday night's Vanity Fair Oscars after-party.
The glamorous trio oozed sex appeal as they were joined by fellow fashionistas Emily Ratajkowski and Alessandra Ambrosio who ensured they brought the glamour. Ashley, 28, went for a bold look in a crimson gown with a dramatic and eye-catching cut-out which flaunted her racy bra beneath.

The undergarment, which appeared to be part of the ensemble, was bondage-inspired as it boasted fine straps which just about encased her ample bosom.
Her custom Bao Tranchi dress then clung to her frame before extending into a mermaid hem with a dramatic split.

Premier League Man Utd 3 - 2 Arsenal FT Premier League Old Trafford

Premier League Man Utd 3 - 2 Arsenal FT Premier League Old Trafford

Sir Alex is smiling in the stands, ‘Glory, glory Man United’ is ringing out lustily. Could that match be a turning point for Louis van Gaal and his team? United were superb there – wholehearted, sharp, fresh, creative, gutsy. A skeleton side grew into the game, deserved the remarkable Rashford’s early pair and second-half strike from Herrera, and perhaps most impressive of all was the way in which they responded each time Arsenal pulled a goal back. They never looked cowed or flustered, and it has to be said that senior players such as Carrick, Mata and Blind were superb in marshalling the likes of Rashford and Varela through proceedings. This was light years from the United we’ve seen this season, in more ways than one. http://toplivenews.net/
And Arsenal? Oh, Arsenal. Let’s not beat about the bush – it was so, so disappointing from them. We should probably know what to expect by now, but this was a huge opportunity and they blew it. They were flat, sluggish and second best throughout, rarely threatening even after clawing themselves back into the game. You can’t rule them out of the title race, of course you can’t – but can you really see this team forcing it home? Those false dawns must be absolutely exasperating for their fans.
Right, you’ve a cup final to get your teeth into now. Thanks for your company as ever – and apologies that the live score on the blog got stuck at 2-1 today, technical issue I’m told. Cheers, and enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Injuries Hit Big Before Champs

Injuries Hit Big Before Champs

A year ago, many-time champion Kingston College (KC) was derailed in their title bid to unseat champions Calabar at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Championships after key injuries to some of their stars.
One year has passed, and with Champs just a few weeks away, the signs are not good once again for the North Street-based team reportedly struggling to get a few of their big names ready.
Despite whispers that he is in fact training well, special 400m talent Akeem Bloomfield is yet to compete this season, while there are serious concerns about the condition of Nathaniel Bann, Jhevaughn Matherson and Dontre Williams.
KC had already lost their top Class One sprint hurdler Chadwick Brown, who was seriously injured in training a few weeks ago and is out of the Championships.
There are also concerns for Jamaica College (JC), who are also expected to push for the title and St Jago High, who are looking to get closer to the top of the pile this season.
At a recent development meet, JC's Orville Haslam, who is expected to dominate the Class 3sprints pulled up with a foot injury.
Haslam is undoubtedly the top Class 3 sprinter this season and is favoured to win the 100m and 200m and play an important role on the 4x100m relay for his team.

MAJOR SETBACK

If he is not able to face the start at Champs, it will be a big setback for his team as this could be a loss of over 20 points, a heavy loss in what could be a close Championships.
St Jago's Class 1 sprint heavyweight Raheem Chambers has been dominating since Class III and enters his second year in Class I as one element of an eagerly anticipated sprinting showdown with St Elizabeth's Nigel Ellis and KC's Matherson.
Chambers is, however, yet to compete this season due to injury concerns and could be among those missing from the Championships.
The injury concerns are also considerable on the girls' side as four-time Girls champions St Jago could see their most outstanding athlete, Natalliah Whyte, missing in action.
Whyte, the defending double Class 1 sprint champion, was expected to retain her title easily and in the process give her team some quality points.
In a radio interview recently, head coach Keilando Goburn confirmed that his prized athlete is nursing a hamstring injury.
She has only competed on a few occasions this season and has not been seen at any meet recently.
Her absence wold deliver a crippling blow the Monk Street-based team, with the likes of Hydel and a rejuvenated Holmwood Technical showing good form.http://toplivenews.net/
Today's Gibson/McCook Relays will revealed the status of several of these athletes who are nursing injuries, and their presence or non-presence will be key indicators.

9 great margaritas to celebrate National Margarita Day

9 great margaritas to celebrate National Margarita Day

KUSA – Look, if you live life to the fullest, there’s no reason why every day isn’t National Margarita Day.
But Feb. 22 is actually National Margarita Day – and you might as well celebrate!
Three members of the 9NEWS web team put together this list of our favorite margaritas in the Denver metro area. Obviously, this list is neither comprehensive nor definitive, so feel free to list your favorite margaritas in the comments.
Have a good day wastin' away in Margaritaville ...
Margarita recommendations from 9NEWS Interactive Media Producer Kelly Jensen
El Camino: El Camino Community Tavern has great margaritas and even better chips and queso. Sitting smack dab in the Highlands along West 32nd Avenue, this place gets packed quickly on the weekends, and heck, even most weekdays, but it's worth the wait. Margaritas are strong, not too sweet, and there are plenty of varieties (including traditional brunch beverages like the michelada (Tecate, Sangria, and lime juice). Served in a funky, casual-hip environment it's perfect to take your hipster friends to when they're not drinking craft beer.
http://toplivenews.net/
Pinche Tacos: Funky and delicious margaritas are their specialty. The small taco shop in the Highlands (or with a second City Park location) is an intimate and hip place to meet up with friends or take a date for a margarita and some tacos (because nothing says love and romance like tacos). Signature Margs boast Casa Noble Tequila, Cointreau and lime, and the subtly-spicy Serrano Marg is a must-try for the adventurous (take it from the girl who thinks medium wings are too spicy, it's delicious). Want to create your own? Their tequila selection is HUGE! Drinks like the Jalisco Donkey Show and The Point (Cinnamon Liqueur made in-house, lemon, and ginger beer) are funky, fresh and creative. Tacos are delicious. What more could you ask for? Expect a wait for a table on the weekends.

Efrain's (Boulder): Located in North Boulder (or Longmont and Lafayette), this no-frills Mexican eatery may not look like much from the outside, but once your margarita is set in front of you and you've had a sip, you'll understand why it's on this list. Served in mason jars and unusually strong, Efrain's margaritas are best shared with friends or family over some cheesy chile enchiladas or chips and salsa. There's a whole menu to choose from, from the Pink Cadillac (with a splash of cranberry) and The 1942, made with Don Julio 1942 Anejo Tequila and Cointreau. The spot is family-friendly and super casual, but always busy. We bet you won't mind  if there's a wait in the evening as long as you grab a marg while you're waiting on your table.
Margarita recommendations from 9NEWS Interactive Media Producer Amanda Kesting
Mezcal: This East Colfax destination has more options than you'll know what to do with. With 270 varieties of tequilas and mezcals, it will impressive even the snobbiest of drinkers.  Their margarita menu includes spicy options (like one with ancho chile liqueur and muddled serrano peppers as well as one with blueberry shrub, chipotle agave and serrano peppers), smoky margs (think lots of mezcal) and unique fruit blends (with things like blood orange, creme de cassis, charred pineapple). Or stick with a classic house margarita for just $5 during Happy Hour.
La Biblioteca: Who needs books when you have shelves filled with tequila? Their margarita menu is filled with delicious and unique combinations, most of which feature their signature infused tequilas. And every tequila on their shelves is 100 percent agave, so you know whatever you order will be quality. And forget just munching on chips and salsa or nachos with your drink, La Biblioteca serves Asian-Mexican fusion (think Korean-glazed chicken wings, crab guacamole, tempura tacos) and their happy hour often features sushi from next-door neighbor Zenga since the two restaurants share a kitchen.
Adelitas Cocina Y Cantina: You don't need to skimp on quality to get a good deal. The restaurant on South Broadway features a house margarita, made with Agavales tequila and fresh lime juice, that's only $5. Or stop in on a Monday for two-for-one margs all night. You can't go wrong with an order of chips and salsa to nosh on while you drink. The chips are house made and you get three salsas with each order: classic, avocado crema, and tomatillo.
Margarita recommendations from 9NEWS Digital Producer Allison Sylte (who clearly doesn't get out much)
Chili's: Before you judge, I have a few magical words: Happy hour all the time. And for those of you not well-versed in the Chili's language, this means 2-for-1 margaritas ... ALL THE TIME.  Sure, I guess you can pay more at a place that's not a chain restaurant. But do you really want to? Because in addition to a very respectable -- nay, great -- margarita, you can get finery such as the UNLIMITED chips and salsa (um ... hello!), the quesadilla explosion salad (for when you want to appear dainty and order a salad but really are just getting a bowl of cheese with a small amount of lettuce) and southwestern eggrolls/chicken crispers. Because National Margarita Day is about more than margaritas. It's about enjoying the finer things in life. Enter: Chili's.
Applebee's: Perhaps on this National Margarita Day you feel like sticking closer to America. And what's more American than ordering a margarita at Applebee's (other than the bald eagle, NASCAR or using phrases like "this is America")? There are four margaritas on the Applebee's menu: The basic strawberry lime and blue agave margaritas,  the more adventurous and (dare I say) spicy mango jalapeno 'rita, and finally, the perfect margarita. With a name like that, you know it's damn good. And given that it's from Applebee's, you know it's dependable -- and also features an olive (what a curveball!). Since this is Applebee's, happy hour means $4 margaritas -- so have at it (and maybe call an Uber!)!
Olive Garden: National Margarita Day does not discriminate. It does not judge. And even though you might associate the margarita with Mexican food, in the very spirit of this divine holiday, that doesn't need to be the case. And so I present to you the subtly named Italian Margarita. Like everything else at a place once trashed by Anthony Bourdain (perhaps his only flaw), this $7.50 glass of paradise is elegant and understated. Composed by what I assume is an angel, this cocktail includes El Jimador Silver 100 percent blue agave tequila (take that, non-chain restaurants!), triple sec and amaretto. It's the perfect companion to the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks combo, as well as great conversation with friends who also enjoy the Olive Garden (and if you have friends that don't enjoy the Olive Garden, reassess their status as "friends" ... unless they're Anthony Bourdain).

Dr Luke responds to Kesha lawsuit allegations: 'I never had sex with her'

Dr Luke responds to Kesha lawsuit allegations: 'I never had sex with her'

Pop mega-producer Dr Luke – whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald – has spoken for the first time about the ongoing sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by singer/songwriter Kesha.The case made headlines on Friday after a New York judge ruled that Kesha could not be released from her recording contract with Sony Music despite filing a sexual assault lawsuit in 2014 against Gottwald, her former mentor.
Fans immediately flocked to the singer’s defense, with major artists, including Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande, protesting the court’s decision on social media under the #FreeKesha hashtag. On Sunday, Taylor Swift donated $250,000 to “meet any of the singer’s financial needs,” according to Swift’s representative.http://toplivenews.net/
On Monday, Gottwald’s attorney, Christine Lepara, released a statementcriticizing the social media campaign, calling the allegations against her client of sexual assault and emotional abuse “outright lies that have been advanced to extort a contract renegotiation and money.”
“Kesha and her counsel have cavalierly subjected Dr Luke and his family to trial by Twitter, using a vicious smear campaign to ruin his reputation for financial gain while failing to support their claims,” she continued.
Shortly after, Gottwield took to Twitter to defend himself.
“Until now I haven’t commented on the lawsuits, which should be resolved in court not here on Twitter,” Gottwald began in a series of tweets.“It’s a shame that there’s so much speculation out there basing itself on so little information,” he added, before tweeting: “I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister.”
Gottwald also tweeted multiple screen shots of articles from TMZ and the New York Daily News covering Kesha’s 2011 testimony in which she denied rape.
“It’s sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue,” he later tweeted. “But I feel confident when this is over the lies will be exposed and the truth will prevail.”
Kesha remains under contract with Gottwald’s Kemosabe Records, which is owned by Sony, pending the outcome of the full case.

Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge hands on: So good you can almost forgive TouchWiz

OK Samsung, you got me. After years of resisting Galaxy phones because of TouchWiz, and because they were made of plastic, and because, well, they were ugly as sin, you've gone and made a phone that I really, really want. The S7 Edge and its counterpart the S7 are beautifully designed, expertly constructed, and sport the kind of features I've been clamouring for for years, but could never find in a single device. They're so good, in fact, that I might even be able to forgive TouchWiz. Almost.
At first glance you'd be hard pressed to tell whether you were looking at an S6 Edge or S7 Edge, such is the design language both phones share, but the difference is immediately noticeable when you pick the S7 Edge up. Gone are the awkward camera bulge and the uncomfortable flat back of the S6, replaced instead with an almost flush camera and metal back that gently curves out to fill your hand. Even the increased thickness over the S6 isn't a bad thing. The S7 is easier to pick up off a table, seems like it'll be more comfortable to hold over longer periods of time, and—most importantly for a phone that costs a hefty €799 (~$800)—it feels worthy of its premium price tag.
The improvements to the S7 Edge's design may be small on paper, but such subtle refinements make a world of difference. This is the first Galaxy phone I've used that I can truly say matches up to the premium feel of an iPhone, the sort of thing that I'd fondle all day out of pure joy, and not because of an ever growing (and worrying) Facebook addiction. Those curved edges may be a little superfluous, but they make swiping in from the sides of the phone delightfully smooth, while also having the added benefit of next to no screen bezel along the sides. With its 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, the S7 Edge isn't a small phone by any means, but compared to the likes of Apple's iPhone 6S Plus—which has the same screen size—it's much smaller and easier to use in one hand.
There are other small touches that make a big difference, too. The fingerprint sensor ridge around the home button has been lowered, making it easier to move to and from the touchscreen, while the volume buttons have a slightly clicky feel, making them easier to press. Best of all, these design features haven't come at the expense of practicalness this time around. SD card slot? Check. Waterproofing? Check (up to IP68, even). Decent battery life? Check. Well, at least in theory on that last one: the S7 sports a 3000mAh battery while the S7 Edge sports 3600mAh battery. Both are significantly larger than in the S6, hopefully promising far more run time under daily use.
No, the battery still isn't removable (you have to go to LG for that feature), but I'll take a bigger battery over a removable one any day. Helping things along is Qualcomm's new quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC, which promises to put an end to the heat, throttling, and battery life issues that plagued 2015's flagship phones. Sure, it's probably faster too—a hard thing to test at an MWC hands-on—but really, when was the last time you used a phone that felt truly slow? Phones sold outside the US will use Samsung's octa-core Exynos 8890 SoC, which is said to have comparable performance.Samsung made some bold claims about the S7 and S7 Edge's new cameras in its press conference, taking more than one opportunity to try and one-up its rival Apple. While I can't say that the "Dual Pixel" 12-megapixel sensor's autofocus and low light performance was better than that of the 6S Plus—the phone was in a bright room, and I was warned not to take it too far away or face being tackled to the ground by a beefy bouncer—it did focus very quickly during some brief testing, and snapped some fine pictures, which are embedded in the gallery below.

Samsung said little about software during its press conference, because there's simply not much to tell. TouchWiz is still there, whether you like it or not, but it's gotten far less intrusive over the years. The S7 Edge features a larger edge panel—essentially a collection of shortcuts to apps and contacts—that you swipe in from the curved edge of the screen. It works fine, but really it's a case of Samsung trying to find a practical use for the curved screen when in reality it's little more than a flashy bit of bling. Which is fine. Sometimes it's OK to have things that just do a fine job of looking pretty. So that's a waterproof phone with a quad-HD AMOLED display, gorgeous design, solid metal construction, expandable storage, probably an excellent camera, and above average battery life. I even dig the mirror-like chrome finish in all its fingerprint-grabbing glory. If the S7 Edge also has a decent headphone amp—sadly, I don't yet know what audio hardware is inside—Samsung may have just made the phone I've been looking for. Those with who prefer the feel of a smaller phone will likely love the regular S7 too.
If there's catch—and let's face it, there's always a catch—it's the price. At €699 (~$700) for the S7 and €799 (~$800) for S7 Edge, these are expensive phones. That's a price tag that's becoming increasingly hard to swallow as phone makers like Huawei, Xiaomi, and OnePlus churn out premium phones at mid-range (or lower) prices. But I think Samsung's done enough to warrant a premium price tag. No other phone can boast this many thoughtful features in such a svelte and attractive package.http://toplivenews.net/

Kalamazoo shooting spree suspect an Uber driver

Kalamazoo shooting spree suspect an Uber driver

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Police have arrested 45-year-old Jason Dalton of Kalamazoo, Michigan, and accused him of going on a shooting spree that killed at least six people and wounded several more. Investigators have so far called the violence random.
After Dalton's mugshot was released to the public, dozens have taken to social media to claim Dalton was an Uber driver who was working not long before the shooting.
Later, Uber told CBS News Dalton was indeed one of their drivers, and added he had passed their background check during the hiring process.
Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Getting said Sunday he is aware of a social media post regarding Dalton and Uber. Getting added that it is part of the investigation, but he was not prepared to discuss it.
Getting said Dalton likely will face multiple counts of first-degree murder and attempted murder in connection with the shootings Saturday. Dalton is expected to appear Monday before a judge in a Kalamazoo County courtroom.
CBS affiliate WWMT in Kalamazoo reports neighbors say Dalton was paranoid in recent months, and known to fire off guns. Dalton does not have a criminal record, and he is expected to be arraigned sometime Monday. Sources told WWMT that Dalton works as an insurance adjuster.

Some took to social media to claim to have called 911 on him just before the shooting took place.

Officials claim to have so far found no motive for the shootings, and have described them as "random."
One of Dalton's alleged Uber passengers told WWMT: "He introduced himself with a different name than what Jason was that comes up for Uber."
Matt Mellen, who works at a local brewery, said "We were driving through medians, driving through the lawn, speeding along and when we came to a stop, I jumped out the car and ran away."
Mellen said that's when he called police.
"I'm upset because I tried contacting Uber after I had talked to the police saying that we needed to get this guy off the road," said Mellen.
Dalton, fro,m Kalamazoo County, was arrested early Sunday in downtown Kalamazoo following a massive manhunt after the shootings began early Saturday evening. He allegedly crashed his vehicle after gunning down one woman in an apartment complex, and later somehow obtained another.
Dalton was arrested without incident while waiting at a traffic light, according to officials. A semi-automatic weapon was seized during the arrest.

LG G5 unveiled: Metal body, removable battery, and an expansion slot

LG G5 unveiled: Metal body, removable battery, and an expansion slot

During its Play Begins event at Mobile World Congress 2016 today, LG unveiled the LG G5. This is the phone LG hopes will take on Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Apple’s iPhone 7.
The G5 represents a massive shift in strategy for LG’s flagship smartphone. After the G2’s success, the South Korean company merely iterated with the G3 and the G4. The G5, meanwhile, is the successor to the G4 in name only.
Not only does the G5 finally switch to a metal body, but LG has chosen to go with a modular design, which it says allows you to transform your G5 into a “digital camera, hi-fi player, and more.” As we revealed earlier this week, the phone features an expansion slot you can use to swap in batteries and other modules.
lg_g5_1
LG revealed only two such modules today:
  • CAM Plus: This camera can be attached through the battery slot to “deliver a comfortable grip and convenient control of a DSLR.” The LG CAM Plus offers auto focus, exposure lock, and provides physical buttons for power, shutter, record, and zoom. It also gives the G5 additional battery capacity of 1,200mAh.
  • Hi-Fi Plus with B&O Play: This portable Hi-Fi audio player developed in collaboration with B&O Play supports 32-bit, 384KHz high-definition audio playback. It can be used as a module with the LG G5 or even as a separate Hi-Fi digital audio chip (DAC) that connects to any smartphone or PC.he LG G5 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD), a removable 2,800 mAh battery, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It has a 5.3-inch, 2560 x 1440 resolution (QHD) display at 554ppi.
Furthermore, the G5 has an always-on display so you can check the time, battery status, and your notifications without waking the phone. LG says the display’s backlight only illuminates one small part of the overall display, which translates into the always-on section draining only 0.8 percent of the phone’s battery every hour.
    lg_g5_2
    As we reported in December
, the LG G5 has two rear cameras: one 16MP standard 78-degree lens and an 8MP, 135-degree wide angle lens (which LG proudly claims is “the widest available in any smartphone”). LG expects the wide angle lens to help capture landscape, tall buildings, and larger groups. The front camera is 8MP.
Other specifications include a USB Type-C 2.0 port that is USB 3.0 compatible, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a, b, g, n, ac. The phone weighs 159g and measures 149.4 mm in height, 73.9 mm in width, and ranges between 7.7 and 8.6 mm in depth. It will be available in four colors: Silver, Titan, Gold, and Pink.
    LG_G5_accessories
LG today also unveiled “companion devices” for the G5, called LG Friends. The company today detailed six of these accessories, but, as with the modules, you can expect more in the pipeline:
    • 360 CAM: Connects to the LG G5 for shooting 360-degree content. It features two 13MP wide angle cameras, built-in 1,200mAh battery, 4GB of internal memory, a manual mode, 2K video, and 5.1 surround channel recording via three microphones. Images taken with the 360 CAM can be uploaded to Google Maps Street View and YouTube.
    • 360 VR: This virtual reality headset can be connected exclusively to the G5. The foldable goggles are meant for watching VR content on the go, and LG claims the accessory is “one-third as heavy as competing smartphone VR goggles.” Presumably, Google Cardboard is excluded from this claim, though the 360 VR is compatible with Cardboard content and 360-degree images and videos captured with the LG 360 CAM.
    • Rolling Bot: This is a ball camera. It rolls around, capturing images and videos with its embedded 8MP camera connectable via Wi-Fi. LG claims the Rolling Bot isn’t “just a toy” and “can be used as a security system for the home, pet care companion as well as a remote controller for compatible home appliances.”
    • Tone Platinum: A Bluetooth headset with “superior” sound quality (Harman Kardon Platinum grade). LG has deemed it “the world’s first Bluetooth headset equipped with aptX HD codec,” which means lossless 24-bit audio.
    • Smart Controller: Control drones, watch a drone’s video stream through the LG G5 in real time, and generally move other smart devices that LG has yet to reveal.
    • H3 by B&O Play: High-end earphones that deliver 32-bit sound. Unlike the other accessories, this one is compatible with all LG smartphones.
    lg_g5_3
If you have a category called “LG Friends” you need an app to manage them all, which LG naturally named Friends Manager. This app, which only works with the LG G5, automatically detects “nearby Friends” and connects to them in “three simple steps.”
While the focus today will undoubtedly be on the LG G5’s expansion slot, the real question will be how the phone stacks up to the competition on its own. If you only want to spend money on the phone itself, does it compete? We’ll let you know when we get our hands on a review unit.
Pricing for the LG G5 and its accessories was not revealed, nor was an exact release date. We do know, however, that the company is currently aiming for an early April launch

Kesha Denied Injunction Against Dr. Luke, Must Record for Sony

Kesha Denied Injunction Against Dr. Luke, Must Record for Sony
A New York judge has denied Kesha's attempt to get an injunction against Dr. Luke Friday in the singer's ongoing legal battle against the producer. Kesha's injunction would have allowed her to record new music outside of Luke's Kemosabe Records, which lies under the Sony Music umbrella. However, New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich sided with Dr. Luke and Sony, telling Kesha's legal team after being briefed on the longstanding legal feud, "You're asking the court to decimate a contract that was heavily negotiated and typical for the industry."
In October 2014, Kesha sued Dr. Luke, accusing him of drugging, raping and abusing her a decade ago; Dr. Luke has denied all charges. The producer's lawyers argued that Kesha made up the allegations as an attempt to nullify her contract with Dr. Luke and Sony; Dr. Luke also countersued Kesha and her mother Pebe Sebert. While that lawsuit plays out in a separate courtroom, Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos asked for an injunction because, as he told the judge, the career of a pop star is often brief, and Kesha's career could be "irreparably harmed" if she did not return to recording music, Billboard reports.

Dr. Luke and Sony argued that Kesha has been given permission to record without Dr. Luke's input or presence in the studio while still honoring her Kemosabe/Sony contract, but the singer has declined to do so. "There has been no showing of irreparable harm. She's being given opportunity to record," Judge Kornreich said in denying the injunction. Kesha will have to record six more contracts under Kemosabe Records, New York Daily News reports on the details of Kesha's contract.

The judge also dismissed Kesha's argument that Sony was "setting her up to fail," calling that theory speculative. "You're asking me to presume an entity like Sony, who is in a competitive position ... will not want to make money on their investment," the judge said (via Buzzfeed). A lawyer for Sony added, "Our interest is in [Kesha's] success. Our interest is in Dr. Luke's success. They are not in the least bit mutually exclusive."
"We are pleased with the Court's decision from the bench fully denying Ms. Sebert’s motion for a preliminary injunction," Christine Lepera, Dr. Luke's attorney, tells Rolling Stone. "As the Court recognized, Ms. Sebert has always had the ability to proceed with her career if she so chooses. We remain confident that when all the facts are presented that Ms. Sebert's allegations against Luke will be shown to be completely false and were asserted solely to extort money and gain contractual leverage."
A Sony representative declined to comment, citing the company's policy on not commenting on ongoing litigation.
After denying the preliminary injunction, the judge reviewed the counterclaims presented by Kesha and her lawyers about the sexual abuse and harassment she claims to have endured during her time working with Dr. Luke. The hearing ended with the judge reserving on a motion to dismiss the counterclaims until Kesha's camp filed more evidence on the alleged abuse.
Rolling Stone reporter inside the courthouse said Kesha, who was accompanied by her mother and boyfriend Brad Ashenfelter during the hearing, was visibly crying in the back row of the courtroom as the judge denied her preliminary injunction. Around 50 Kesha fans, many wearing glitter and wigs, gathered outside the Manhattan courthouse in a show of support for Kesha, singing her hits in unison. Following the court proceedings, Kesha met and hugged her fans outside.
"We're not going to stop fighting for her," Michael Eisele, the 18-year-old organizer of the #FreeKesha protest told Rolling Stone after the hearing. Eisele insists that he and his fellow protestors will finalize their next course of action. "We're not done with this. This is not over. We're not going to lose momentum."

Ronda Rousey On Jimmy Fallon: New ‘Roadhouse’ Butt Kicker Brags ‘I’m The Swazye’

Ronda Rousey On Jimmy Fallon: New ‘Roadhouse’ Butt Kicker Brags ‘I’m The Swazye’

So sexy! Ronda Rousey made her first late night appearance since she was named one of three ‘Sports Illustrated’ Swimsuit edition cover models and the UFC fighter told Jimmy Fallon she is even more stoked about her next big project, starring in the remake of ‘Roadhouse.’http://toplivenews.net/

What a hottie! Ronda Rousey, 29, showed off that her ultimate fighting body is just as smoking as any of SI’s usual bikini babes and she stopped by The Tonight Show‘s special Los Angeles week of shows Feb. 16 to discuss her epic style moment. While she’s still healing up from her epic UFC title takedown by Holly Holm, 34, in Nov. 2015, the recovery protocol gave her the free time to channel her inner goddess and pose for one of the most famous covers SI has to offer. Not only that she’s put her acting career back into high gear and will be using her fighting skills in the new version of  the classic flick Roadhouse, playing the butt kicking bouncer role. So exciting.
Ronda absolutely blew our minds with her incredible hand-painted “swimsuit” and she couldn’t wait to discuss the moment with host Jimmy Fallon, 41. The former undefeated UFC looked gorgeous in a little black strappy dress with her sandy hair in curly waves. She joked about her SI spread, “Do you know how hard it is to look that comfortable on a rock?” she said of one of her sexy poses from inside the mag.
She confirmed she will do a rematch with Holly, but right now she’s busy shooting the remake of the classic 1989 Patrick Swayze film Roadhouase.  I’m the Swayze” she bragged, noting that no man could ever play the Patrick’s iconic butt-kicking role the way she is going to crush it. We believe you Ronda! Get Ronda’s book “My Fight/Your Fight” .Earlier in the day she made the shocking confession on Ellen DeGeneres‘ daytime talk show thatshe contemplated suicide following her devastating loss to Holly, but that she was able to pick herself back up again. “I do believe all the best things come from the worst things,” Ronda told Ellen. “And maybe I just had to be that example of picking myself up the floor for everyone maybe that’s what I’m meant for. I really do believe I’m still undefeated because being defeated is a choice. Everybody has losses in their life, but I choose to always be undefeated.”

The "Kung Fu Panda 3" said today on "Good Morning America" that there is "no secret" to her success.
"It takes a lot of work," she said. "For me, it’s more about how do you motivate women to want that to be a part of their lifestyle, the actual work part, because it is a discipline."
"It also has to come from each different aspects of your life," Hudson said. "It’s mental and it’s physical."http://toplivenews.net/
Hudson calls her new book, "Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body," a "tell-true" book because in it she shares how she really stays fit, confident and grounded.
"It’s never too late to start that process of enjoying what it feels like to feel strong," Hudson said. "For me that’s really what it is, it’s about feeling strong."
Read an excerpt from the book here:
I hope this isn’t disappointing, but this book is not meant to be some kind of weird tell-all. Rather, it’s a tell-true, focused on how I figured out how to connect to myself, understand what my body needs, and put that information together so I no longer have to worry about or overthink how I eat or how I work out and for how long. I finally feel confident that I have something to share. I want to give others a way to feel as positive and motivated as I try to be, because seeing that I can help makes me feel my best. This book is also about how I learned to slow down and fine-tune how I eat and exercise and practice meditation in a way that grounds me when life gets bumpy.
Why do I feel more confident about what I’ve learned? Lately, I’ve been realizing that just as my public roles have changed and evolved, so too have my inner roles—especially my relationship with myself. People may see me as buoyant and always smiling, but the truth is, I’m not always like that. No one is. Like everyone else, I have my good days, my not-so-good days, and my totally awful days. I’m in my midthirties now, and my life is even more complicated and busy, with more and more responsibilities. But I also happen to be more carefree than I was even in my early twenties, before I became a mom. I also feel stronger than ever, more self-assured and more resilient. Does this sound like a contradiction? Let me explain. I guess you can say that I finally feel at peace with myself, ready and willing to take on new challenges, looking forward to the years ahead with fearlessness, confidence, creativity, and lots of humor, not shy or afraid of any upsets that are bound to happen in my lifetime. And I just feel more confident that now I can share some insight, and even if it resonates with only one person, I will have contributed in a positive way.
Another reason I decided to write this book was out of frustration. I’m often asked how I stay in shape. How I lost all that baby weight after my first son, Ryder, was born. How I seem to effortlessly lose ten pounds in preparation for a new film role. How I look and seem so healthy. The responses captured and then reported by the media are typically just sound bites—“I love to jump rope.” “I’m into yoga. ” “I do Pilates.” “I’m vegan.” “I work out twenty minutes a day.” “I work out two and a half hours a day.”
It’s not that these sound bites aren’t true—some are, some are not—but they just don’t tell the whole story. And though I understand that nowadays we have become accustomed to getting our information immediately, in bite-size snippets or tweets, learning how to really take care of yourself doesn’t happen immediately at all. In other words, if you want to make lifestyle changes, it doesn’t happen with a Like on Instagram! It takes time and discipline.
My frustration comes from the fact that learning to take care of yourself will never be captured in a sound bite, just as how I live my life could never be captured in a four-minute interview. So since I really want to spread the word about some of the lessons I’ve learned and the things I’ve found that make me feel great, and I can’t sit down for a long conversation with you over hot tea, I decided to put my ideas about how to be body smart in this book.
One of the main ideas I came to is that being body smart is an ongoing process, not a diet or a program that begins one day and ends twenty-one days later. Just like yours are, my body and mind are always changing, which means that taking care of myself requires that I tune in regularly, ready to make small adjustments to fit the changes. This idea of constant change was a huge revelation for me! I used to think I could just figure out the best diet for me, that I’d lose weight, stick to that weight, and never have to worry again. But life doesn’t work that way—nor does true self-care. I want this book to be a map for you to figure out how to take good care of yourself—mind and body. I didn’t just wake up one day understanding how to take care of myself. I had to learn how to do so over time, and I continue to learn—each and every day. Again, this is a process because my body is constantly changing—so is yours.
And when I learned how to accept that it will always be like this, I relaxed. Our bodies do not stand still for time.
